This was my first time buying from ebay, goods shipping to my country, Brunei since 9th March 2020, unfortunately did not realise the whole international shipping game would be messed up. So 6 months later, I am still awaiting for my goods. which ebay no longer tracks anymore as it is passed 60 days. Contacted seller, extremely responsive, thanks to him but we both have no idea where my items are.
Used to be able to track my item via USPS, where it was stated "At Chicago International Sorting facilities" since March 12, and now USPS showed "Label created. Not yet in System".
I did not attempt to request for refund at that time because I know the delivery will be delayed due to covid, and it is a pity where buyer always gets the item in the end, and seller having to have refunded the money. However, now I am at a loss for not having the items, and also to have paid. Anyone having international delivery facing the same issue? I do not hope for much just hope that my goods arrive some time later. pretty sad at my first unfortunate buying with ebay. but much to blame is covid.
