USPS Expected delivery at 7:30 PM

Hi there! I was waiting for my USPS package to Arrive today but it says  USPS Expected Delivery Between 10:00am and 2:00pm earlier. 
Later I checked my USPS Tracking  it changes to USPS Expected Arrival and Delivery on Thursday October 6, 2022 by 7:30pm. 
i am Still waiting for my USPS package to arrive today or tomorrow.

As of the time of this writing, 5:30pm is the latest time zone in the US currently. 

Since your package is set to arrive by 7:30pm that means you have 2 hours minimum to go? Clearly your carrier has been delayed and/or is behind.

Here, if they have a lot of packages, they'll deliver the regular mail first, then deliver packages later.

If you don't get it today you might get it tomorrow.  Perhaps your carrier has way too many packages to deliver.

I noticed that USPS stopped by at my House at 5:33 PM to deliver my package a little bit late today.
