Howdy everyone!
Lately, the guys over at my local post office have been laying into me about generating a SCAN sheet for the orders that I drop off. I tried figuring it out, but for the life of me, can't.
I fully understand that if I use the bulk shipment tool, I can make a scan form just for those items. Problem is, sometimes orders come in after I use the bulk tool. Those shipments after the fact wouldn't be included in the SCAN form.
Am I blind? How exactly can I generate a SCAN form after I' done packing up all my sales?
If not on eBay, do you guys recommend any other shipping platform? like Stamps.com or Pirate Ship? I've heard of them, never looked into them as eBay shipping always worked for me, until now....
Thanks ahead of time everyone!

There really isn't a ton of help on the help pages around this tool.
Here are the steps I follow to get to the Bulk Shipping Labels (which is what produces the scan sheet).
Click on this. This will show all orders that have not had labels generated yet. The idea is to sit down once per day and generate all the labels at once. Then when you go to USPS and drop off, you only have to hand them the "Scan Sheet" which is generated through the process and they can scan it which will attach that scan to all of the packages you just dropped off.
Hopefully this clarifies what you are looking for.

The staff at your local PO would probably agree that having to scan those late packages separately is better than having no SCAN form at all.

Thanks for the response! I do know how to use the bulk ship tool. It comes in hand when lets say I am shipping 20 of the same type of things (20 games for instance, all first class all the same weight)
Now, if I have 7 other shipments, usually I do like to go through them one at a time printing out the labels to make sure I don't mix up which label goes on which package. That is where I run into trouble. Those shipments don't qualify to be included in a SCAN sheet, that's where I run into trouble.
Or another for instance, if I make a SCAN sheet and then have one extra order after that, that one won't have a scan sheet.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks for the input so far!
