USPS Charges Beyond the Label

So I sold something on ebay and purchased a label for it via USPS. The item was accepted at the PO and they delivered it just fine. This was early January. Today, I get an additional charge on my paypal account for a USPS shipping label. I know the USPS can sometimes charge back to ebay if they don't think you have enough postage but I did and they basically doubled my shipping costs. Has this happened to anyone else and how can I dispute it. I paid 9.39 shipping for a set of baseball cards and they just piled on another 9.23 today. Help!

USPS Charges Beyond the Label

When you bought the USPS label on eBay, did you save the label purchase details below the label? This will show the weight and type of shipping box. If you had entered 1 lb. when the  package was actually, say, 3 lbs, then USPS will add the additional postage due to your PayPal account. If the item in question is the 1991 box of cards, then that would likely cost more than $10 to ship by Priority Mail unless shipped to a local address.

USPS Charges Beyond the Label

At the rates that were in effect in early January, $9.39 is the online Priority Mail postage cost to ship a 5-pound package to Zone 4.
