The APV system seems not to be working right. I mistakenly underpaid and no correction. I also overpaid to see if the system is working and once again, not working. Had packages returned with zero scans and no history as well.

It's never really worked very well. We usually only see a correction either way once every 4-5 months and then it's always always always wrong (giving us a credit on something when they shouldn't or charging us extra when they shouldn't).
