I'm seeing consistent delays across all regions right now with USPS Ground Advantage - have never seen it this bad in previous Q4s. It also looks like a lot of packages are not being scanned/updated upon delivery, as I've received feedback for items that still aren't showing delivered.
Well, mine headed the other way, and were delivered in a very timely manner, but a small overall sampling of the USPS total workload, so not definitive of what is happening.
