Ask eBay sellers if there is any way to reduce the transportation cost. I have a lot of heavy goods to send Thank you for your suggestions.

There is not a single answer. If it is heavy but small then you might be able to use a USPS flat rate box or USPS Cubic Pricing. For larger and heavier items UPS and FedEx will each be cheaper than the other depending on the ZIP code. Sometime UPS is cheaper than FedEx sometime the other way around. You can also check USPS parcel select which is sometimes a better deal than regular USPS especially if it is over 1 cubic foot. Not so much if it isn't.
The best suggestion is to get links to USPS, UPS and FedEx rate charts. Every package will have a different answer.

sign contract with UPS and buy labels from them directly, UPS does not force for dimensions, its also much cheaper then USPS. if you buy label through ebay, then you will be charged so much by carrier through ebay. i ship hundred of packages on daily basis and i will suggest you to buy labels outside of ebay if you want save cost or carriers will ripped you off through ebay.

UPS does not FORCE dimensions. But be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL.
UPS rates are based on size as much as weight. If you don't believe that then do a little experiment. Assume you are shipping a package cross country.
Enter 2 pounds with a size of 6x6x6 and make note of the rate.
THEN leave it at 2 pounds and enter 8x8x8
THEN leave it at 2 pounds and enter 12x12x12
Notice that even though all 3 packages are 2 pounds the rate is DIFFERENT because on the size.
I can not count the number of times I have seen a poster come on here and swear up and down that the had the right weight but UPS back charged them additional monies. FRAUD they claim.
NO !!! They may have had the right weight but like so many they assume the size does not matter. After all, the post office charges the same price for anything up to one cubic foot. Well, UPS is different. Even, and especially, on small boxes SIZE MATTERS AS MUCH AS THE WEIGHT.

Also, unless you ship a lot of packages like you say, you will only get a much better price with a account directly with UPS or FedEx. However, most sellers are better off going thru EBay or Pirate ship for UPS because they don’t ship enough to get the heavy discounts which are based on volume. I use Pirate ship for my UPS labels because they cheaper than eBay or my own UPS account. Plus I can put the costs of the labels on my Amex Platinum card and get 4 points per dollar spent on shipping which equivalent to 4% cash back.
I also use Pirate ship for my USPS first package labels because of 4 points rewards since the price is the same as eBay’s.

For heavy larger packages the best rates will generally be UPS through Pirate Ship (free membership). Pirate Ship also does discount USPS, so you will see those rates as well for comparison. Plus Pirate Ship directly integrates with ebay.
If you want to use your own UPS account on the UPS website, the your best rates are by first linking your account to PayPal to get the PayPal discounts loaded in your rate table.
