UPS labels printing with no name or addres

On my large selling account I print 40-50 labels a day. I use the bulk tool. Every 4th or 5th UPS label has the correct tracking number but no name or address. I have to reprint it from either the bulk tool itself, the shipping management page, or from the item itself in the orders. Which one of these works changes with each label. I just have to keep trying the different options until it prints correctly. I’m burning through hundreds of blank labels trying to figure this out.

Does the print preview show the address @1funkydude ?

Have you tried downloading the labels instead of printing, then print from the downloaded file? Try that and check the download to make sure all addresses are appearing as they should.

Paging Dr Printer @rfmtm - do you think this could be related to opening labels using the browser's built in PDF reader vs opening them with Adobe?

Although it is always best to make sure Adobe is opening the file, especially when using a label printer, when odd problems pop up, this appears to be some type of glitch with the bulk printing tool, as well as a number of other odd glitches being reported.

As you suggested OP should either download the entire bulk file to check and/or scan through the preview window.  If the addresses are missing either place, then this is an ebay problem.
