If you ship UPS, and you're printing the labels through your PayPal account, you're probably over-paying for the shipping!
$44.24 for a 43lb package that I ship often, printed through PayPal.
$38.47 for the same package shipped through my UPS account!
UPS accounts are free! The UPS website isn't as easy to use as PayPal, but for $6 savings, I've got the few extra minutes it takes to ship the package!
