Past 3 month i been getting charge adjustments on shipping through UPS called ebay to discuss this issue. I have a Serviced monthly pitney bowes scale and i measure all my packages. Then i round up to assure that im covered. Recently ive had charge adjustment sent on all my packages sent through UPS. Ship 30 packages last month Fedex , USPS , and UPS . UPS has been the only one ive had problems with. Talk with ebay was told that all the packages that i rounded up on i will not be credited by the shipper but i was charge for it. long story short be careful using UPS as one of your shippers when sending packages. Ebay has been notified by a large amount of sellers about this issue from what i was told this morning.

I ship anywhere from 30-40 packages a month. i purposely rounded up a few of my packages a considerable amount to see if they were going to charge me again with adjustment and they did. Even the package i had weigh and scanned in at the UPS drop off terminal i got a charge Adjustment on. I have not received charge adjustment from fedex nor usps. which really raises a issue for me.

Most UPS & FedEx cost adjustments are for nonstandard packaging, not for weight/dim. There are many surcharges with UPS and FedEx that are not factored in until the carrier physically reviews the package.
In order to help you determine if your charge was legit or in error (and how to appeal), view the label details and expand the section on the bottom right that says see cost breakdown (highlighted below in green). Black out order #, tracking #, and buyer ID and post a screenshot.
Please also provide a physical description of the package (box, bag, tube, handle, odd shape, etc).

All signs point to cost adjustments for non-standard packaging, not for weight or dimensions.
If you don't want help, that's fine, but you'll keep running into the problem if you don't get down to what's causing it.
If you see an "additional handling" line on the cost breakdown, then it's a nonstandard packaging surcharge and details can be found in the UPS doc I linked abbove.
I would have guessed the cost adjustments were for all those bikes, depending how you're physically packing them, except those bikes are advertising USPS therefore you'd be violating eBay policy by switching to UPS.
If you want the freedom to select any carrier you want when you buy the label then you need to advertise a non-specified carrier/service on the shipping section of your listing like "Standard" or "Economy."

I'm the same boat! UPS always charged my account after item has already been shipped after weeks even. A few a week. This last one "adjustment charge for label" has really got me. So its a simply bed rug for a truck, simply under 5 lbs. measurements 39x3x7 yes kind of long, but i already paid 30 for shipping. Three weeks later i had a charge adjustment of $266.17 to my account. Which turned my account to be in the negative. Since my selling performance has gone down, i have made one to no sales a day since, it's just put me in a whole. For three weeks i have contacted Ebay and UPS each one saying its the others' fault. And each eBay customer service keeps telling me as a buyer we have one graceful dispute we can do so im like okay lets do it,. seems like they don't because if i get that one dispute no matter what. why are they waiting for ups tp respond to their email about the dispute. And every time the past three times contacted eBay they tell me no dispute has been filed and first it was 24-48 hrs and il see a refund back on mu account, than the second agent said no its 7-10 days now the third is saying 12-14 BUISNESS days no still no response from ups for the email. I am so confused.
But it gets weirder with this charge adjustment now....
i sold a item , when it arrived at the buyers state from some reason it kept getting tossed back and forth from UPS and UPS this went on for over 2 wks.... finally the buyer opened a case to get a refund and and i immediately refunded of course, this was back in sept... well i read in policy that if it was out of the sellers hands regarding the item not delivered i could win the appeal and the defect be took off. well i did win the appeal the very next day... now remember this was four months ago....5 minn after winning the appeal there was all off a sudden a "charge adjustment for underpaid shipping label" for 15 dollars on a 12 pre workout powder i sold, that i already paid 8 dollars to ship... so now another 13 all of a sudden. Its weird cuz i believe its ebay doing these charges cuz the time frame.
