I've had a few packages sent very recently and the seller ended up using UPS mail innovations for shipping, which I know gets given to USPS in the end. To say the least, everything has been an absolute nightmare with this shipping service. Both of the packages that I have ordered, and from different sellers no less, departed the same facility a few hours away from me on the way to the post office over two weeks ago, and they are nowhere to be found as the tracking has remained the same. I've read stories about people getting stuff weeks or even months later. However, I am quickly losing hope on actually ever receiving my items and find it hard to believe that they are just going to magically show up one day.
What has been your experience with UPS Mail Innovations? I have seen countless posts online about this terrible service and am wondering if this is just a waiting game, or if packages legitimately get stolen or lost with this service.
