I ship all of my items through UPS, typically UPS Ground but sometimes I use UPS Surepost through Pirate Ship. Ebay has recently increased the cost of UPS Ground shipping. Along with that, I noticed a UPS Ground saver (Surepost) option. When I select UPS Ground Saver, it doesn’t let me use the calculated shipping price, only flat rate. I currently have all my listings set to UPS Ground calculated, and put in my description that the orders are shipped through UPS Surepost (through pirate ship). Suggestions on what option is best for a low price?

Yep, I can confirm this is problematic. When selecting Ground Saver in combination with calculated shipping, the service appears then a few second later it vanishes. As the service was just launched today I'd give it a day or two for eBay to work out any launch kinks then try again @archtropolis .

Looks like this is working today @archtropolis .

It is working again. Prices seem to be very similar to those on pirate ship. Maybe a few cents difference. Glad eBay finally added it.

One issue is Surepost should be called slowpost. I can double the time it takes for delivery. It does have the advantage it can deliver to a post office box.
