I bought from two different sellers, the same day (in fact, in the same hour) and both has done the same with the tracking information:
In 2 o 3 days, they marked my packages as delivered. When I checked the information, they were info about delivered packages in my country but not in my city, not my address. I asked them about it and they told me it was a mistake and sent me a new tracking information, so I have two tracking information in every order now (one delivered and one not delivered) BUT the important thing is that, since the first one was "delivered", the orders appear as delivered, even having the second traking information as not delivered.
My question is: If I have the second tracking in each order but the first one made the orders looks as delivered... should I wait until the estimated delivery date pass (in 2 months) to open a dispute if I have a problem or I will have problems to open it since the orders are marked as delivered only 3 days after I made them?
The new tracking shows the packages has not been even shipped, they are "still in the origin country", and for delivered orders, ebay only give 1 month after the delivered date to open any dispute...
It's not like I don't trust the sellers, but they are two different sellers and both of them sent me THE SAME long message as reply when I asked them (the same exact words), only changing the tracking number, so maybe they are the same seller (with different nicknames) and I don't see it as a puntual mistake if it happened in my two orders, I'm scared that is a trick to avoid I can open a dispute after the 2 months I need to wait...
