Turn off business policies for shipping.

I appear to have inadvertently turned on business policies for shipping.  The result is that some of my items were automagically set to a very low shipping rate.  I can not figure out how to turn this "feature" back off. 

I can override it for each listing individually but I really just want to go back to the old days and set my own CORRECT shipping rates.

I’m not certain if this would work  but you could try by revoking business polices in site preferences / third party authorizations.
