Trying to set up my store to temporarily ship from a different address

What I want to do is ship some items from my vacation destination. I tried to change my shipping address and successfully did that ( in My Ebay) but the test listing is still showing my usual origination point. In other words the store thinks I want to ship from Illinois when I'm trying to list it coming from Colorado. Will this change over automatically at some point? Or is there some box I am not checking?

It's a setting in the individual item's listing. Go in there and look for the Item Location entry near the bottom of the form, and plug in the ZIP code from which you will be shipping.
