Trying to send product to authentication center- label has buyer’s address

Hello! So I sold a Chanel purse for over 500 and noticed that the authentication checkmark was in the listing. The buyer bought my bag and asked it to be sent to the authentication center first but when I purchased the label from eBay it only has the buyer’s address. I don’t know what to do at this point and I’m not sure how to fix it, if eBay had a bug or what with the label. Would love some advice, thanks

I'm sorry but I don't know what the problem is.  I've never used the authentication service but since that service is automatically included if the item qualifies, I would think that you automatically get the authentication address.   Are you sure that the address you are seeing is the buyer's address?
