I am trying for a few days now return an item which never worked. (The product is eligible for return and I am in the legal period for that). I started the retuning process, post it on the 26th of may and today 28th of may the item returned to me with a sticker saying REFUSED. The return process is stuck on "seller has not received yet" and there is no other way of communication with ebay. I wrote back the seller one more time, but nothing for now. Any suggestions?

Your seller is not going to respond. eBay considers Refused, Notice left, Available for pickup, etc. to be Delivered. A seller cannot avoid a refund by preventing the delivery of a return. But after the assumed return delivery, eBay still allows the seller 5 business days here in the US, or however many metric days it says on your Return Details page in your kingdom, to delay the refund.
After that mandatory delay, send a private message with your name, postal code, and email address to eBay on Facebook or Twitter to ask eBay to step in and force a refund on the refused return.
