Trouble with tracking information

Hi. 

I sold an item and sent it to buyer. Also uploaded tracking number and carrier. Through other tracking services i see that my item was delivered to buyer more than two weeks ago. But the order status on Ebay still marked as "shipped". Same on the PayPal. Is it me who did something wrong with uploading tracking information? Or there is another reason? Thank you.

If you entered the tracking number correctly, then you likely used a shipping service that eBay/PayPal do not support.
