Is anyone else having trouble with the USPS? I send packages but some get to there destination in a quick manner. Others have been sitting in the same spot for 2 weeks. I had to refund 2 buyers because of this. Yes I have find and track 15 packages with the USPS and now they won't let me do the last 3 packages.

My question is, How well does UPS & FedEx ship. Anything I have ordered myself has always been on time, even during this pandemic. Is the cost ore?

You know, in some states many post offices has completely shut down, so any mail from those shut down had to go off to the ones who were open , backing them up worse than a grease filled septic tank.....

And Im sure many p.o. are on reduced staff with reduced hours..I know mine is.Both my Ups pkgs arrived late, they are also on reduced staff here.

I think a package or two of mine are locked up in those shut down facilities. I don't think they took the time to empty them before closing. If it saves a life that is more important.

Oh Paradiso you make me laugh! Your sweet wit is what's getting me thru this crisis..now to OP this is what I've been doing, I just sent a med flat priority box to a wonderful customer last Mon morn (it was a 2 dayer) well stuck forever or " not leaving Vegas" couldn't figure out which..tracking was seized up..Thurs put a tracer on it with notifications, Fri filed another tracer with text message notifications (still no movement) and I kept my buyer aware of all this..Sat morn, turned on my cell and there was 15 texts from the post office telling where, when, why, who was in the breakroom with my package!!! Anyway they text the delivery times Sat and I let my buyer know and he got it perfectly!

Great attitude. I purchased a large lot of audiobooks and messaged the seller to not worry about any delays the packages may have. I know from her location to mine they would usually go through Detroit and two of the sorting centers there are closed. I told her I am a mail carrier and I will not even start to worry well past my 30 days on eBay as long as they have a acceptance scan I can wait.

I've been fortunate with the USPS, only had one package not show any movement and was successfully delivered to the buyer. Haven't shipped anything with UPS or FedEx, but heard a lot of horror stories about buyers not receiving their packages. As a buyer, only one package was a day late, no big deal.

Unfortunately I have a few buyers that demanded a full refund because there package did not get there on the date Ebay said it would. Contacted Ebay support they were helpful. They said due to shipping being so messed up with the usps and I show usps did receive the item they won't make me refund unless I want to and claims won't affect your rating with Ebay . I talked to my post office and they said if there is hot spots the packages will go through to get to there destination they are rerouting mail.
