Trouble With Shipping Labels

Lately when I go to print out a label, it prints out BEFORE I can enter the weight. Then I reprint the label and it does it all over again.

Today, I was trying to print out a label for 4 oz. The label did not give me the chance to put in 4 oz. It kept printing out labels with one oz.

It does not give me the chance to put in the correct weight.

Why can't this be fixed?

Are you purchasing labels on the app or the website?

This shouldn't happen unless you're clicking the button to purchase / print the label before making edits to the package info.

Thank you for your reply. I am purchasing the labels on the eBay shipping site. I do not click the print button. It just starts as soon as I get ready to fill in the weight. This has happened several times in the past.

I've never heard of that happening before and it sounds likely to be user error. Maybe you are hitting the enter key on your keyboard and your browser is recognizing that as you hitting the purchase button? I really don't know.

Do you know if you're on the simplified version of the label page or the advanced option? If you're not sure, look on the top right. Do you see a link to switch to the advanced shipping page? If you do, click on that. At least then you can enter weight and dimensions without having to first click an edit link. Maybe it'll get you past whatever your issue is.

If you know how to take a screen recording and upload it to youtube that would help diagnose what's happening here.
