Latest Tracking data said Package was "Delivery exception" at the Hub. I think the staff member at Fedex or Ebay Hub ( ? ) meant to say  "Delivery acceptance". A small point ,but it created some confusion with both Seller and Buyer.  It seems staff at Fedex and or Ebay Hu are a tad uneducated.

Delivery exception delays can occur with the package itself (such as being damaged in transit) or with the destination itself (a business was closed or no one was available for a signature, etc.)

I see that you didn't take good notes during the Shipping 101 class. A Delivery exception notification at a hub is an accurate term for certain scenarios. A delivery exception example could be a delivery delay due to mechanical issue by a truck or aircraft or airport or runway issues, or unexpected bad weather.

I hope you apologize to our FedEx & Ebay Hub staff friends for using "exception" correctly. 😎😁🙏✌️
