Tracking uploaded on time and validated (seller dashboard)

Is anyone else frustrated by this number dropping without any you have any control of the outcome? 

I track EVERY shipment and enter it in PayPal but, if the carrier doesn't scan it on their end of the nation I get a lower score.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am also very frustrated by something I have no control over! I use eBay for mailing but if I work and leave home early I can't get to the post office and already have the carrier coming to the house daily for packages. I have called my post office, but since I live in the sticks, it becomes very personal if the carrier doesn't get something scanned. I love the option of carrier pickup but hate that eBay punishes me for something out of my control!!!! Is there a way to protest the rating????

Buy a printer that supports bluetooth printing.  With your apparent sales level (based on your feedback) it will pay for itself in short order and automatically update your tracking numbers.  You can get a basic printer with bluetooth for about $75, if you buy this weekend, likely under $40.
