For about a month now I have been noticing that I am getting defects in traking uploaded and validated report "enough to get my TRS taken away in a month or two" I call and try to address the problem, I get different stories from different operators. Some tell me that the system will not allow them to take them off, another tells me it has to go through a "back office" to be removed, but it turns out they won't remove them either. If someone purchased something from me in my time zone and lives in my time zone for example at 1:00 am June 1 why am I being required to ship it on June 1? I offer one day handling, so wouldn't it have to be shipped out by June 2 ? I ask for someone higher up in the chain of command after the supervisor and I am told there is no one. Who is the next in the chain of command to talk to ?there has to be someone. Sorry if I am ranting on. The whole experience has just left a really bad taste in my mouth
