If it weren't for those "honest buyers" we would be refunding a lot of buyers.
Those buyers not so honest...well...sellers have to refund buyers if it states "not delivered" on tracking.
This is not for those eBay standard envelopes...they are in itself another story.
Need to spot check your tracking on items....
I got positive feedback on the two oldest ones here...the third latest tracking I don't know if buyer received the item. No help from post office. And I dare not ask the buyer if they received the item.

Yep, this happens way to much. Most of the time you wont know if the buyer has received the item unless they leave feedback for it. It will just remain stuck in the "In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late" phase. If the buyer is honest they wont pull any shenanigans, if the buyer is a dishonest tool, you just lost out on your item and money because an employee of the USPS isn't doing their job correctly.

I was thinking it was due to the new, additional hub in Houston (Missouri City, Tx is where it actually is) that was opened without any sorting machines, but I see that it's not that since you're nowhere near Houston and that mess.
I'm 40 miles southwest of Houston, and even closer to the "new" facility in Missouri City.
I have to wait until Saturday to put a trace on it. Also, the winter storm didn't hit here until Sunday, so they can't use that as an excuse.

Here's the kicker...these are just a little larger than a standard envelope. LOL

Its not you.

Something is going on with USPS since there doing upgrades.
You may need to contact the buyer and work together. Again its not your fault.
Hope your buyer gets there item soon.
Thanks you for reading.

It's a tracked service so you probably used Ground Advantage, right? If so then you have up to $100 insurance included for lost packages. File the insurance claim when USPS timeline allows. Trust me, if you file the claim they will look for it. I believe you have to file after 15 days and before 60 days for most USPS services. Looks like you're at 15 days since the last scan, so you can file tomorrow.
