I bought two small items (doll clothes) from a seller who sent out the first one on 5/23 and tracking shows the item was in transit to the next facility on 5/24 at 00:00 AM with a delivery date of 5/25.
Initially I thought nothing of this and ordered a second item from the same seller on the 24th and after brief contact (the 25th) the seller told me they would ship it out the following day (26th).
I got sidetracked by other things and it wasn't until I checked the tracking on package 1 that I noticed that it hadn't been updated since the 26th and said exactly the same thing that it did on the 23rd:

So, I filed a 'find my package' request with USPS yesterday and I sent the seller message about the other package that hadn't been sent out. They replied shortly after that it would be no problem and today I got a notification that the package was mailed.
Curiously, Ebay lists the package as being mailed today, 6/1 but tracking shows that USPS was waiting for the package on 5/30 and just like the first package, everything says 'In Transit to Next Facility' with a time of 00:00 AM
My question is, is this normal?
