Tracking numbers

How do I enter the correct tracking number I did not use their label I purchased a new one because of technical issues. The customer has the item but I can't get paid because the tracking number isn't correct

Click on your orders tab

Find the item

Find the tracking number 

Next to the number it should say "Edit"

Click that and click on "additional tracking number"

That will let you add the new number.  I don't know how long it takes for it to update.

I'm not sure why or what that means, but since you're only entering it now, make sure the tracking number is correct.

I'm not sure if the system will allow a buyer to enter a new return tracking number. You might have to contact customer service and ask them to add it.

Go to your orders page and click the "edit" link next to the current tracking number @dopad-0 then type in the new tracking number. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

Don't forget to void the original label you purchased through eBay. 

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 28 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
