Can'I  I  ship my product without tracking number ?

I wouldn't ship anything without tracking.  It is very risky.  Your buyer could claim the item is not received and you would have no proof of delivery with tracking, so you would lose your item and the money.  Tracking is one of the few seller protections we have.
