You could leave the seller negitive feedback. Say: "I didn't receive the item, the seller dosen't respond". I have had sellers ignore my messages, but I have never had one ignore my negitive feedback left for them. You can revise the negitive feedback, if you get a satifactory explanation. If that doesn't work you should open a case with eBay, and get you money back.
