Tracking is HORRIBLE to NON-EXISTANT

2 out of last 4 purchases showed no tracking history... Sellers claim they shipped but nothing got here.  Tracking says it's waiting to be picked up.... and Sellers claim they shipped.   Not having this problem with other selling sites...so eBay needs to find a way to get USPS to fix the problem.  I had to cancel 2 orders... less than $100 so no big deal to me but the sellers are going to have to refund.  I imagine it is a big deal to them.  What the heck is going on and why no fix?  I hate having to get refunds.

What does the tracking show on the actual USPS site? Because if it doesn't show anything there either, then either the sellers are lying or the package never actually did get picked up.
