Tracking infro saying carrier prealert- not received from retailer (I need help to understand it)

First of all, I am a buyer.

If I am posting here is merely because all of you surely have more knowledge about tracking than me and probably you can bring some light to this little issue.

It's the first time in my life I am seeing this on a tracking and I don't know if it is normal or just something new and I shouldn't be concerned.

I am talking about that Information Event

If I switch and use parcelapp to track, it shows up that in theory the package is in Spain (from that ES I see there, but well idk), but I trully don't know who much of that could be true.

As I didn't found any information online, I hope all of you can just help me or at least alleviate my paranoia haha..

It means the package cleared customs and is awaiting transfer to the next carrier. Information has been sent to the next carrier to expect the package, however the next carrier has not received the package just yet. All normal.

Good night, I am expecting a package and I am getting almost the same tracking information as you did. Now that a few months have passed by, would you mind sharing your experience??

I am also interesting did it arrived to him because now I am waiting  my international package and I am nervous haha. A little bit paranoia always with me.

hi hoping to get some info on  this matter as i have got the same carrier prealert for two days in a row is it something to be concerned about or you guys got your packages i mean its still before the expected delivery date hope i can get some info

yes  ive seen it just wondering if they actually got there products as on the maersks site it states after a minimum of two attempts they might send back and its been my second

i have just received my item leaving a comment so future buyers don't have to worry if they receive a pre alert.
