Tracking information is not being updated correctly

I am having trouble with my tracking information not being updated correctly.  I am getting my item scanned individually each and every time.  The update shows that the item was scanned but usually at about 2am an update shows "Pre-shipment info sent USPS awaits item"  Several updates before this shows it left the post office and was received at the hub.  But, because the last update is the awaits item update it does show "Accepted" or in transit until the next update which could be another day or two as it won't be scanned again until it reaches the next hub.  I called Ebay yesterday and spoke with someone about this and they said it does look like a bug that needs to be fixed.  She put in a ticket for the issue.  So far nothing has changed and it is continuing to happen.  I went from 10-12 sales a day to 3 after this happened.  I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and if there is anything I can do on my end.

 If the tracking doesn't appear to update on eBay, what does it say on the USPS website? USPS has thier share of scanning issues lately. I see it alot with the packages I ship out. Some hubs scan some don't, as long as the tracking shows delivered, no worries.

Tracking update issues have absolutely nothing at all to do with your lack of sales. 

Nothing you can do about it. You can complain to the Post Master General. I doubt that would do anything.

To get the most accurate up to date tracking, go to the postal carrier's website and enter the tracking number.
