Tracking indicates show no authorized recipient available.

Hello,

I have shipped the order for a buyer and the tracking indicates show NO AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT AVAILABLE.

Might be the Buyer didnt recieved the parcel and he asked for a refund.Can I know the meant by "NO AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT AVAILABLE" means the adress of buyer gave is incorrect or he is failed to recieve the parcel.Is the solution refunding the buyer?

You need to contact the shipper and ask them what the issue is, it sounds like it was signature required and they were unable to get someone [AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT] to sign for it. Usually they will just onboard the item for next day delivery.

 

It will not be a claim from your buyer as those clearly show in your seller hub.

 

Do not refund until you check out what has actually happened.

 

Googling that term shows:  

What does "NO AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT AVAILABLE" mean...

It means they attempted to deliver the package and there was no one there to sign for it.......

I am a carrier. If you asked for a signature and no one was home this would be the scan. The carrier would also need to leave a 3849 notice and scan the notice number on the back.  The notice has instructions to either reschedule delivery or pick up location. A second and a final notice will be sent to them if they do not respond.

what if im not home to sign for it why cant they just leave it at my front door and where is the notice located i havent get anything like that to sign for

The notice would be in your mailbox with your other mail. IIRC it's salmon-pink color and smallish.

 

The whole point of using Signature Confirmation service is so that valuable packages are NOT left on your front steps to be stolen or rained-on.  eBay requires it for transactions over $750 to protect the seller against fake claims for "Item not received."

I purchased an item from overseas and most of these shipments require a Sig regardless of value due to customs requirements. I wasn't home ( I work 5 x 10/12 hour weekdays) at delivery, and as happens on every occasion, I will have to wait until Saturday when I can get to my PO to personally sign and pick up said shipment. 

 

It can be a p.i.t.a. , but there it is. 

 

To the OP... it is all good, your buyer just needs to sign to get the package. But a word of advice, if a package does NOT warrant using Sig Confirmation, don't use it. Your buyers may not be happy having to take time off from work to schlep to the PO for a small-fry item, so use SigCon sparingly.
