So I ordered an item via the Global Shipping Program on June 13th, from Rochester, Minnesota, and package tracking indicates that tracking details were uploaded on June 17th. That's it, no message since then. Parcel is supposed to be delivered by June 30th - July 9th, but seeing as the package hasn't even moved an inch since then I'm a bit concerned. Is this normal? If not, is there anything I can do about it?
Ps. if it helps, my parcel is UPAAB000000414804334 and is shipping to Hong Kong.
Thanks in advance.

In general many packages show no movement or slow movement during Covid pandemic. That delivery time may be way off. It's just part of what is going on in the world

The only thing you can do is wait to see if you receive it or not. According to Covid-19 delivery changes you should probably wait 2-3 weeks after the delivery date before filing a not received claim. Their Covid-19 info states specifically Hong Kong is 2/6 weeks delivery now. That would move your delivery date to July 24.
