I sell decals that I put in an enevlope with a 49 cent stamp and I'm being penalized by Ebay for not downloading a shipping label and I'm on my way to losing my Top Rated Seller status.    I have free shipping on these decals and I'm not going to pay $3 to ship an item that weighs less than an ounce.    I can't raise the price by $3 or charge $3 for shipping because no one would by them.    2 phone calls to Ebay have not helped me at all.    Is there anyway to get around this?

The only way to get around it is to have a separate selling account for items that are mailed without tracking.  eBay does not make any exceptions to the TRS reqirement for tracking upload.
