Tracking Number

Hello,

One of my buyers was bought two items on different dates and I can send both as one shipment, and I will have only one tracking number. Is it okay to update one tracking number for items?

Yes you can but first inquire if the buyer wants them sent together. If they do you use the same tracking number for both items. Also as the shipping for both might be less than than shipping in different packages you could give the buyer some money back. I've done this a few times.

As long as the buyer used the same ID on both purchases @karu_lk2014 then it won't be a problem to use the same tracking number.
