Purchased item and got tracking number from seller. After tracking package it states it is being delivered by UPS to New Lisbon, WI. I live in Ohio?

You need to contact the seller and ask if they provided the right tracking. If it shows delivered you can open a case with ebay showing it was not and explain it was delivered to a different state.
