Hello,
I have a issue where randomly some orders will not accept the tracking number. Ship station shows a error of "tracking number is affiliated with another order or customer" so it will not "push' the tracking number to eBay. When i try to enter it manually in eBay and click save, it blinks, and returns to the orders screen and doesn't save it.
I called the Philippines, and she just said its a known issue and she reported it, and said she would notate my account so it doesn't affect my performance, however my tracking has dropped to 93% now and im sure next month i will be downgraded.
Anyone else experiencing this ? If so anyone know any voodoo to get it to accept the numbers ? A old post said it had to do with the USPS recycling tracking numbers, but no one had a work around.
