Tracking Number Issue

I sold something two days ago and printed the labels that night as well.  But because USPS closes on Sundays I shipped it out on Monday.  I dropped it off at the post office, no problem but when I went to check on eBay to see if USPS had scanned it yet, it showed it was already delivered that same day before I even shipped it.  Is there some duplication of tracking numbers going on now? It will be difficult to check to ensure my package arrived at the buyers now too, so it seems like a big mess up on eBay on creating duplicate tracking numbers when creating shipping labels?

I am having the same issues , I noticed a message as I purchased the labels off of ebay that some tracking numbers might show as delivered even when it was not the comment read how it is an internal issue and they are trying to fix it .

On 9/28/24, I had the same issue. Now my item shows as not shipped but I mailed it the same day. How in the heck do you contact eBay customer service to get that rectified?

hi! This happened to me too. I'm wondering if your item was shipped properly. Mine disappeared into thin air with no tracking showing up except for the one that had the original tracking that was purchased 9/24. Mine was the exact same number purchased 9/28 off eBay
