Tracking Ebay Intl Shipping Prior to Hub Acceptance

I would like to track my Ebay Intl shipments once it leaves the house. Currently all I have is the ESUSxxxx number, the Ebay Shipping number or the Easy Ship number.

That number is only relevant once it is received in Erlanger, KY. What about prior to this? I have two items that are currently showing no data beyond 'Tracking Number Created'. When I check the Universal Parcel Tracking page, it says the the 'package was cancelled by the sender'!! 

I need a way to track that it was shipped prior to it arriving in Erlanger.

Also, to makes it impossible for me to file a claim for missing packages as the tracking has zero information and claims the shipment was 'voided'!! Of which I would like to make three claims

ESUS tracking numbers are one of the most unreliable tracking numbers out there. They hardly offer enough tracking info. I doubt ebay will do anything to change that. If you absolutely need more tracking info for whatever reason, best you pay a mark up for the other services (even USPS First Class International) that have more accurate and periodic tracking updates. It might pay off in the long run because I see ESUS numbers more prone to buyer INRs.
