The problems with pandemic caused delays has always been with the distribution centers,  Once they reach the local level, there may be a slight delay, but personally I've never seem a package sitting at my local post office or the buyer's local post office for any length of time.

Have You tried calling Your Local P.O, they might be able to shed some light on what, where and when.

I have done this on some items that were seemingly lost in space somewhere.

Or contact the Seller if this is something that You are waiting for, They maybe can do an inquiry as to what, where or when.
