These days how long do you have to open a case?

I ordered a small item close to 30 days ago. Estimated delivery is a couple of months - coming from China. It's not a crucial item but my recollection is once upon a time you had 30 days to open a report, but I think it's different now. I.e. - I just don't want the clock to run out and the window to close. What's the time frame currently?

30 days from the estimated delivery date provided by eBay. You can find the date on your purchase history or order details page.

You have 30 days from ebays latest delivery estimate to file with them. If you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days from the date of payment to file with them.
