Hello!
I recently purchased an item on eBay, free international shipping, payment approved, tracking code provided within hours, everything is fine.
Then the problem started, despite having the tracking number, it hasn't had any updates since April 5th. I tried to contact the seller several times to understand the reason for the delay, but I had no response.
I contacted eBay, but the response has always been that the package has been shipped, that the seller has a good reputation, and that I should wait until the deadline, etc. The attendant gave me a website to track the package, there is the correct destination information for the package, but the package is always in preparation for shipping, since April 5th.
What do you think about this case? What should I do about it?

The other day I thought the package was shipped prior to April 5 and received in Miami that day. But looking at it again, it appears like the shipping label was created and the electronic data / customs documents were sent to the receiver in Miami, but that nothing was ever shipped or scanned.
The cancellation alert is clear that the sender cancelled it, not that the package was received and rejected by the carrier for some reason.

Wait until the day after expected delivery and open an item not received dispute.
You lose nothing by opening, but you lose if you wait.
I do not know that shipper, but a label (data received) on the fifth that is still waiting on the twenty-fourth is wrong. Something is really wrong and your package looks never mailed or lost.
Now, one thing bothers me. it shipped from the US, but that doesn't mention customs yet-which might be a concern. That would be it's first stop.
Great Moms turn them off first.

Bom dia!
Free international shipping is your first clue. Obviously, the service level will be very slow. My guess is that it was shipped via the ebay international shipping method. If true, then those int'l parcels are typically shipped to a freight consolidator somewhere here in the USA. The parcel could sit there for weeks waiting for more parcels to the destination country. Then, its the slow Customs process for all the parcels out of the USA & then some more time entering a country. To Brazil, I have seen parcels taking 2-3 months via this method. I would say everything is normal. You just need to wait patiently.

The Sky Postal website says 5-24 business days delivery to Brazil and the item made it to Sky Postal on April 5. Seems like it's too early for you to worry about this.
What is the estimated delivery date on the eBay order @steeeeefano?

When you made the purchase, you saw the last estimated delivery date of June 3rd and you were willing to wait that long for it to arrive.
You might want to ease back a bit since there's nothing at all you can do about this until after the last estimated delivery date.

@soh.maryl The issue is not the delay, that is understandable. What I think is odd is the lack of communication and shipping information. All the purchases I've made always had quick updates.
I think the seller did not, in fact, send the order. Just generated the shipment and didn't.
Anyway, all I can do is speculate and wait...

Not all sellers communicate and not all sellers use tracking, although it's for their protection.
You are correct: All you can do is speculate and wait.

Unfortunately my suspicions were confirmed... Today I verified that the shipment was cancelled.

Tracking shows that the item was at Miami international which to me says that the item was mailed. Normally a seller will not cancel once an item has been mailed as it costs them money to get the item back. It's possible that it was the carrier that cancelled the item for some reason.
