The status say something different than the message

Hello . 

I recently bought alaptop and its being shipped to cyprus from US USING GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAMME . 

But all days past was going throw location in the us why ? And the message was IN TRANSIT  yesterday the message updated to delievered but the shipping status is still In transit.and last location is in the US  ? Why is they different i am confused ? And the estmated delivery begin in 19th FEB 2018

It goes from the seller's location in the US and gets delivered to the global shipping center in the US. It gets processed there and is then picked up by another company for transit to another country.  It may have taken a long route from the seller's location to the shipping center.

When did you make the purchase and when does it show as being shipped?

I make it on 12 feb and shippend in the same day . And marker delivered by fedex on 16 february

That's the GSP Center.  They'll process it, do the customs works, and ship it for the international leg.  You'll likely see a new number for the international portion associated with it soon.

Yes thats right . I even take to the fedex but they told me tgat there is a domestin destanation . I guess as you said they now start prodoseeding it and after that they will do a internation destanation for it .
Im co fused since this is my first time buying laptop from ebay .

Using the GSP, the item goes first to Erlanger, KY. Then the Customs forms are prepared and it is sent on. The estimated delivery date is just that -- an estimate.

Expect the package about March 10.

That's just how a Global Shipping Program listing works.

Some sellers do not want to ship internationally.  eBay has created this program so sellers only have to ship and be responsible for the domestic leg.  They (eBay) contract with Pitney Bowes who takes care of the international leg and assumes responsibility for that leg.

After processing in Erlanger, it should be to you within a week.  Processing usually takes about 2-4 days.  Just bear in mind that Monday is a holiday here.
