Hello everyone, I am worried because I made a purchase on May 31 and the seller sent me the USPS tracking number but apparently he hasn’t left the product at the post office and he doesn’t answer me from there. I understand that when sellers send the tracking number they receive their money and I don't know if I'm exaggerating because it hasn't been a long time or I'm being impatient or I just don't feel confident but it scares me that he hasn't answered me since he sent the tracking number and every time I send him a message, ebay sends me a message saying "the seller is out of office and will return on June 30" I need you to tell me what to do and your opinions on this case. Good morning, I look forward to your answers!

If you don't receive it, a day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Sellers don't receive payment by providing the tracking number.
Sellers who are new can have it held until the item shows delivery. Other sellers who don't have holds can get paid before even even shipping.

In the listing where you bought this item, you saw an estimated delivery date.
If/when that date has passed by at least 24 hours, you can open an item not received case.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers offers very good protection if/when a transaction goes wrong.
If you've not read it, you really should so that you can understand the protection eBay offers its buyers.

You are being very impatient. Stop sending messages to the seller; that obviously makes no difference. It's possible that the package is on its way and just hasn't been scanned yet.
As noted in the other posts, there is nothing you can do before the latest estimated delivery date. If the package is never sent, then you can get a full refund whether the seller has been paid or not. Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

Given a tracking number it has to be shipped soon. Are you sure it stated "will return on June 30"? If you see no movement in tracking for a week or more maybe I would be impatient. Could be they do not answer emails but do deliver packages. I actually would stop with the emails...some sellers will block you from future purchases. Look at the delivery date and just wait for item to arrive.

Hello, three days have passed since I sent the request to eBay for the "item not received", how do I contact eBay or what is the process I have to follow?

Your original post is over a month old, but am responding to ask if you received the item.
As others informed you, you can activate the MBG once your parcel is at least 24 hours late per the last estimated delivery date seen in the listing. You never told us that date, so it was difficult to offer help or advice. If you did actually open an INR case on eBay after the appropriate time had elapsed, then you needed to return to the case and ask eBay to step in after 3 days.
You really, really need to read the MBG.

Okay there's no need for the sass of being "very impatient". As the SELLER....the VERY least should be some sort of update or message that it has been sent. Why wouldn't you want to check back in with your buyer and assure them that it's been sent?
