Hello, I'm having trouble with these new policies for shipping, I've never had problems with the old system. This new system has many flaws this is one of a couple that I can think of and is my most common. Many of my customers pay for my items immediately but on occasion some are waiting for auctions as well. They ask me not to ship the item until the auction has finished hence my problem under ebay's new policies I am required to ship the items within my stipulated shipping time once the item is paid for or I will loose my privileges or top seller status. I care about my customers and will do what ever it takes to keep them happy and returning to my businesses but now I'm the one who is being punished for offering customer service whilst receiving almost zero customer service from ebay. I mean with all the glitches in the system, secured website, messages not working , sending best offers not working, getting the old this item has been removed *****, let alone faulty search engines etc etc.

You can do it that way as far as I know, but some of my customers in the past used to pay for the item straight away and then wait for another auction to finish. I have had customers buy an item and pay for it immediately and then ask me to hold the item for one month and then ship it. Ebay's new policies now require me to add a tracking number straight away and ship it (scanned) within the required shipping time stipulated in my shipping policy. There is no flexibility anymore with this new policy its actually ridiculous.
