The item is NOT listed in the history list!!

Dears

I bought an item before four months ago and paid it and then it disappeared from the history record and there is no existence.

I sent a message to the seller, he said might have been lost and asked him to return the money

But did not respond otherwise!

There is no way to open a case because the the item is not listed in the history list!

What should I do?!

Please guide me..

Please Help..

It’s been too long to file with eBay. You had 30 days from ebays latest delivery estimate to file an item not received case. The order is still in your purchase history—You need to use the eBay website & change the date range and open your hidden orders on your purchase history page. If you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days from the date of payment to file a case with them. If you didn’t use PayPal, hopefully you used a credit card because a chargeback is your last option. Good luck!

@alioraibi2009

go to "purchase history"

Click on "The last 60 days"

in the drop down window, click on 2018 to see purchases over 60 days old.

As jen said, 30 day window is long gone, and nothing of use will be found on the PH page except seller name (which OP already has), unclickable title of listing, item number, date, and price unless the listing is a GTC that is still live.

No return options, order details, or anything to initiate a case or directly view the listing if info there is needed.

Listing MIGHT be able to be retrieved using https://www.ebay.com/itm/[ITEMNUMBER]?nordt=true&orig_cvip=true
where [ITEMNUMBER] is the 12 digit eBay item number from the PH page, but order details will probably not be available (that requires the transID number that would have needed to be manually recorded from order details URL before listing aged off, or might be embedded in the eBay purchase email, but also not guaranteed to work)

This is PayPal territory at this point.
