The Option to select shipping method standard and then to choose flat rate or calculated disappeared

When creating a new listing, I typically select the standard shipping option and then select either flat rate for all buyers or calculated shipping based on buyer location.  Today, it magically disappeared and I cannot find out how to get it back.  Has this happened to anyone else and if so, how can it be fixed?

Also realized, if I try to revise an existing listing, it has changed this feature in that listing as well.

P.S. It wants me to select a shipping policy, which I didn't have before.

Your account must have opted in to using business policies without you realizing it.

Business policies help me keep my sanity. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.

Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.

After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.

It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

I was doing some work this afternoon and experienced glitches while working with my Business Shipping Polices.   There were a LOT of other reports of problems across the site as well,  fwiw.
