The HELP center doesn't help!

So I order this item for my dad and it doesn't arrive yet after almost 5 months and already exceed the estimated delivery date. So Idecide to go on the help center and try to fill a request but it says they cant find the item I need help with even when I put the item no. on search. So I can't send/open the request. I could not get any help. and the seller doesn't contact me back at all. How can I solve this issue???

You're right: the help center can't help once you're outside the time limit. Ebay allows you 30 days after the last estimated delivery date. You're way past that limit.

If you paid via PayPal, do as already posted. Open the case with PayPal.

The HELP center doesn't help!

I made the payment by credit card and it already took my money.

Then you have to file a credit card chargeback. eBay can't help you and you don't qualify for PayPal buyer protection.

Completed listings are deleted from eBay's servers after 90 days. You should have complained within 30 days or certainly within 60 days. Your credit card company may entertain a chargeback after 60 days. But is there a reason you failed to review your card statement to make sure all items were accounted for?
