On 1/22 I sold a Long John style set, they are fleece lined. I have 2 separate listings, 1 for the tops and 1 for the bottoms. So people can mix and match sizes. This person bought top & bottom, 2 orders.
On the 1/27 she put in a return for the bottoms, said does not match description or photo. The note said, no fleece lining. Today she put in a return for the top, does not match description or photos. Note said, I was looking for something thicker. So, it's not that it's not as described,it's just not what she wanted.
She also put in the return for the bottoms before she even received them. There has been USPS shipping delays, and she did not get them until today. I shipped them in the same package. She put in a return for "item not as described" before she even got it. She just doesn't want to pay for the return. I know there is nothing I can do, I know what will happen it I refuse. So tired of getting screwed by people. I know the drill, refund her, file a complaint for misusing returns, and block her.
Lost so much in the last month already, with lost and damaged packages. Plus...people wanting refunds because they did get there items on time.

I feel your misery. Clothing and electronics are perhaps the categories that have high returns, the latter

Oops. Electronics on the scammed category; clothing frequently returned items. It is not quite surprising especially for female buyers.

Speaking of being fleeced, I think you have been.
