TRACKING NOT UPDATED

Item was already delivered 7 days ago. but still not updated on eBay. Why is that?

My guess would be that the carrier who delivered it did not bother to scan it on delivery.

Go to the site of the shipper and plug the tracking in, and see what it says.

Couple months ago, it didn't update for me with a FedEx pkg. Turned out there was a duplicate number - and the eBay system didn't know what to do, since it's dynamic and automated. 

I called eBay and explained. Also had to make sure I didn't get dinged on my shipping metrics. You may consider calling them too, just to cover yourself. Good luck 👍

My guess would be an eBay "Glitch" in processing the USPS tracking feed (if you are seeing correct information in Carrier Tracking, but misinformation in the eBay tracking).

I have an item shipped USPS and USPS tracking shows delivered Marth 5th.

The eBay version of tracking shows USPS tracking through March 4th (and nothing more), and as of today shows package has not been delivered and is "On its way to the buyer".  As of today (March 27th) eBay tracking shows package is "On its way to the buyer".
